Full-Service
Our highest level of service is designed to carry your project all the way from A to Z. We’ll use our proven 8 step process to understand your needs, your taste, and your lifestyle and then craft and execute a design plan completely tailored to you.
This service grants you access to industry-only furniture inventory and includes in home styling by Alex and the end of the project. For remodels, Alex will work closely with your contractor to manage the construction implementation.
Pricing is determined by the scope of work. Custom designs start at $3,500.
*A licensed General Contractor is required for all remodel projects.

Virtual Design
Less robust than full-service but more detailed than a consultation, virtual design packages are the perfect in-between.
This remote, room-by-room service is for clients who need help choosing renovation materials or furnishings, but wish to purchase and execute the designs on their own.
After assessing all of your needs, we will create and deliver a custom, digital design package complete with: inspiration photos, a floor plan, a curated list of products and materials (with links to purchase), and written notes.
Pricing begins at $1,250 per room and may increase based on the scope of work. Client to provide photos, measurements, inspiration, and budget.

You’ll receive an email with a questionnaire so we can learn all of the necessary details about your project.
Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll email you our terms and a link to pay online.
We’ll set up a short virtual meeting (up to 30 minutes) to review your needs and resolve any outstanding questions.
We compose your room designs. This takes 10-15 business days.
Once your designs are complete, we’ll schedule a virtual presentation to review everything together. Should you need them, up to 3 product replacements are included.
You’ll receive an email with your custom design package, including links to product recommendations.
Purchase the materials and implement your design! Be sure to share your photos and tag us on Instagram.

Your custom design package will be delivered by email and will include the following:
Inspiration photos to show examples of ideas and aesthetic choices.
Written notes of suggestions, ideas, and helpful information for your implementation.
A basic floor plan to indicate the suggested room layout and placement of items. *Not to be interpreted as a formal construction drawing.
Design boards of all suggested finishes, fixtures, furniture, and decor, with links to purchase applicable items.
Up to 3 product replacements.

Design Consultations
Meet with Alex one-on-one to dive into your questions and receive feedback and suggestions to improve your own design projects. To make the most of the time, please have photos of your space, products of interest, and specific questions prepared.
We offer two types of consultations. During each, we’ll gather all of the information we need to compose a design package to include: limited design and product suggestions (with links to purchase), any relevant notes and inspiration images, and a summary based on our conversation. Turn around time for your design package is 3-5 business days.
The Standard: 1 Hour, Virtual only $550
The Premium: 2 Hours, Virtual or in-person $850

While we can only offer full-service to our clients in Southeast Michigan, our other services are designed to help clients nationwide.
Furnishing
Otherwise known as decorating, this is designing the look and feel of a space with the things we move into and out of a home (think of everything you’d hire movers for).
This usually includes the furniture, decor, artwork, plants, and small accessories that come together to create a cohesive design within an existing space.
Remodeling
Sometimes called renovating, this refers to finish selections that will be fixed to the home (think of what is in a home that is “move-in ready”).
Renovating gives us the opportunity to start over and reimagine a space from a blank slate and typically includes kitchen and bathroom remodeling. In some cases, walls are moved (or removed) to change the layout of a space.
